a. The services provided to the user are aimed at providing recruitment solutions and should be restricted to contacting suitable candidates for genuine jobs in existence.
b. The User/Recruiter shall give an undertaking to G-MaC that the jobs sought to be advertised are in existence, genuine and the user has the authority to advertise the jobs.
c. G-MaC shall in no way be held liable for any information received by the user and it shall be the sole responsibility of the user to check, authenticate and verify the information/response received at its own cost.
d. G-MaC offers no guarantee nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response for applications received using this platform.
e. G-MaC reserves its right to change the look, feel, design, prominence, depiction, classification of any section of this platform at any time without assigning any reason and without giving any notice.
f. Any actions taken by an employer/recruiter on the basis of the background check report or otherwise, is the employer's/recruiter's responsibility alone and G-MaC will not be liable in any manner for the consequences of such action taken by the user.
g. The information on G-MaC is for use by its user alone and does not authorize the user to download and use the data for commercial purposes. In case anyone is found to be in violation of this then G-MaC at its discretion may suspend its service and also may take such action as it may be advised.
a. Suspending or terminating User/Recruiter access to G-MaC platform, forthwith and without any notice;
b. Removing or disabling any content which is non-compliant with the Terms and Conditions;
c. Reporting the incident/ misuse to relevant authorities and/or initiating any legal proceedings. In case your misuse of this platform results in or is likely to result in any loss or depletion of revenue, reputation or customer base, G-MaC additionally reserves its right to seek adequate relief against the said misuse, including relief by way of damages, injunction, etc.
On selection, the Recruiter/User agree to provide complete breakup of the compensation offered to the selected candidate with date of joining (shall be kept in strict confidence).
